Some healthcare agencies operate as a staffing service which match clients with caregivers, or nurses, who may not be able to fully meet the clients’ needs. This approach leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, a staffing agency isn’t enough to handle dynamic needs that a senior citizen may have. It also assumes that hiring one, or two people, to provide very specific services will be enough to make a difference in someone’s life.
In order for a staffing agency to be of any value, a senior citizen would have to be able to properly select, assess, hire, train, and schedule a qualified professional for the care that they need. Many people, regardless of age, would have a hard time deciding who to hire and handling all of the other requirements. That’s where our agency and our services come in handy for senior citizens or their family members that want a reliable and comprehensive service.
Our service offerings include case management, medical social services, speech and physical therapy, skilled nursing services, and caregiving. We can also arrange for crisis intervention and grieving counseling, among many other services that our clients may need.

At St. Agatha Home Healthcare, we manage the documentation and coordination of information between service providers so that our clients can focus on getting better and enjoying their life.
Meet the Founder
St. Agatha Home Healthcare began with the shared vision of our three founders to become the leading in-home nursing organization for the Henderson community. Our organization was founded on January 29th, 2019, with the people-centered mission of providing high quality services and compassionate care for all of our clients and team members.
With over 50 years of combined experience, our founders fully understand what it takes to meet and exceed our senior citizens’ expectations.
Alfred Esguerra, BSN, RN

Mr. Esguerra is a registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has over a decade of nursing experience and has a strong desire to achieve excellence in quality patient care.
Imelda Serrano, BSN, RN

Ms. Serrano is a Medical Surgical Nurse Shift Manager and has more than 20 years of nursing experience and is passionate about caring for her patients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse.
